Project Overview
The Smart Elderly Patient Monitoring System is an AI-driven vision-based solution designed specifically for smart elderly care. In this project, elderly patient activities are detected using camera-based monitoring only.
The system monitors patient behavior and identifies specific activities in real-time. It provides continuous surveillance and alert generation for caregivers and medical staff.

Vision-Language Model (VLM)— For activity understanding

Scene Detection— Performed after every 120 frames for improved analysis
